The SANGAT aim is to develop the society using participatory, integrated and sustainable developmental approaches that confirm the transfer of power in the hands of community. It will be possible by the provision of services and to facilitate the activities especially focus on community mobilization and participation, economic development, health improvement, education enhancement and capacity building programs.

Objectives:

SANGAT seeks to To undertake the social sector to improve the position and condition of different sections of the society regarding promotion human well-being:

1. To empower women in achieving economic self-sufficiency and getting awareness on social, political, health and legal issues through mobilization, provision of services and capacity building programs.
2. To bridge the gap between civil society, public sector and community.
3. To enhance local human resources capable them in handling micro level development program especially focus on health, education, environment and decentralization.
4. To ensure women equal access to and full participation in power structure as well as in decision-making.
