1. Low Cost Sanitation & Solid Waste Management Program:

Sanitation and solid waste management is a great need of each urban and rural area. Poor sanitation and solid waste management caused many health problems. SANGAT with the guidance and technical support from MUAWIN is replicating the Orangi Pilot Project (OPP) Karachi model of Physical Infrastructure in Tehsil Sheikhupura

2. SANGAT Ambulance Service:

Ambulance was the great need of the whole town of Farooqabad and there was not any arrangement for patients in emergency to reach the health facility in time. SANGAT mobilize local philanthropist and got donation of ambulance along with operational arrangements. SANGAT provides 24 hour ambulance service for patients in emergency.

3. Malik Mohammad Yaqoob Free Dispensary:

SANGAT run this dispensary with the help of local community and Medical Officer of the Farooqabad Rural Health Center give two hours daily on volunteer basis and provides following services:

General Health.
Reproductive Health/Family Planning (RH/FP).
Hepatitis Vaccination & Awareness.
EPI Vaccination & Awareness.
HIV/AIDS Awareness.
TB awareness and referral to District TB Hospital
